David Jurgensen is the reason we return each time we need a car to the Berwyn location. (We live nearer to two other Volvo dealerships). He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One (also a Volvo dealership) several years ago failed to find a sales rep that wanted to work with us for nearly twenty minutes. We were patient as we did not have an appointment, but I finally decided that we weren't dressed up enough for them to think we'd buy a new Volvo. Another time the sales rep did not know enough and compensated for this lack of knowledge by talking about other things while we waited for someone who had the info we needed to be available. This NEVER happens at Keystone Berwyn. We are always treated courteously (we don't have three eyes) and we always get always get straight answers. Without a lot of apparent 'sales', we get great information, buy a vehicle and leave happy! Thank you very much! More
