At delivery, he'll spend an hour explaining all aspects of the new car which is necessary given today's technology. He even makes certain that your iPhone is syncing with the car. I met with Ron to review the XC60 models and options; he was very knowledgable and informative. We test drove two different models and went through the differences in each. I took a few days to review the information and called him with my financing info so we could narrow down what my payments would be. I made my decision and a few hours later went back to the dealership to sign and get my new car. He had everything prepared for me and it was a quick process. He took the time to sit with me in the car to make sure I knew the "ins and outs." I received a follow-up call the next day to see if I was enjoying my new vehicle and if I had any questions. My experience began when I called the dealership to inquire about an 04 S60R. Alan Kirsch answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to drive an hour to see this vehicle and i inquire about an 04 S60R. Alan Kirsch answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to drive an hour to see this vehicle and it was well worth the drive. Alan sent me out on a test drive and was great the entire time. He was not too pushy and didn't assume anything about me. This was a relief because I had been dealing with pushy salesmen all day that assumed I wasn't serious because I was in jeans and a sweatshirt. The car was in great shape and was well maintained by the dealership. The car was listed online on the expensive side but Alan worked out a fair deal in the end and even took care of a minor cosmetic blemish in the body shop. I am in sales myself and I can tell a true professional when I see one. I would recommend Alan and Keystone Volvo to anyone. JOB WELL DONE. More
