I've purchased three vehicles from Keystone Volvo and had all three serviced regularly, both on original warranty and extended warranty. The scheduling is very flexible; I am always able to get an appointment within the range I request. The Keystone Kash program helps to lower the costs somewhat. All in all Keystone is an excellent dealership to work with on sales and service. More

In March 2013, I purchased a new Volvo S60 from Keystone Motors. This was my first car purchase as a single person and I was prepared for a not fun experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the car buying experience was and it was great to work with Zen. I took a test drive, filled out the paperwork and picked out a car. Zen made sure I received the most competitive credit offer and was able to deliver my new car to me within hours. It truly was painless and I look forward to driving this Volvo 200,000 miles like my last one! I have worked with the service department regularly (putting over 200K miles on my 2004 S40) and have now worked with the sales department. Unfortunately, a month after owning my new car, it was hit while parked and is now being reparied by the collision center. Met with David again in March and finally settled on purchasing the XC-60 through USAA (Keystone is a USAA dealer) since we didn't really need to make a trip to Sweden. Our second car was starting to hit the point of no return, so on the same day that we purchased the XC-60, we also purchased a used vehicle from the dealership (a Lexus). One week later, our daughter decided to purchase a 2009 S60 from Keystone, so David ended up selling three vehicles in 8 days to our family! And I would do it again! More
