We found the Acura I was looking for online so a few days later I drove out to the dealership to check it out and take it on a drive. I went back a week or so later after hearing the problems were resolved and took the car on another drive and everything worked fine. Khalid Laraki had a much better price ($2,200 less) than the Harrisburg, PA Volvo dealer, but he also had a large selection of 2013 Volvo S60s, I believe 109 to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth experience. My sales consultant, Alan Kirsch, was consistently courteous, demonstrated that he was very knowledgeable on Volvos, and helped me overcome some minor obstacles along the way, even a few months after I drove off the lot. I would say that they care about their customers and the quality of their vehicles. I certainly wouldn't mind recommending Keystone Volvo and Alan to others. That being said, my experience probably would have been better had I had more experience negotiating/buying cars. The important thing is I have a car that I am quite satisfied with. Even though it is used, I feel like it's brand new. I hope that 5 or 7 years down the line I will have the same opinions as I do now about my experience purchasing a car from this dealership. More

They have free breakfast, generous use of loaner cars and you get the sense that they would do anything for you, going beyond what any other dealership has ever done to make sure you feel taken care of. I've been buying and having cars serviced there for twenty years. They have become trusted friends. Can't imagine going anywhere else after all this time and consistently good experiences. You know the stereotype of the car salesman etc...they shatter all that with their kindness, fairness and willingness to help under all circumstances. For me at this point, there really is no other option in this really important area. More
