I trusted David's judgement and I am glad I did. When we got home last week, I drove down to the collision center and spoke with Al Barnabei about what needs to be done to bring my baby, oops... I mean my Volvo back to life. My daughter and I went to Sweden to get the car and I am very fond of it. Al reassured me that it can and will be fixed to brand new. He explained what will happen when the parts come in and the damage is reassessed. Al even took me to see a Volvo S60 that was worked on and restored. I was impressed with their work and I think that I can trust them. Al didn't make me feel like a silly woman who loved my Volvo. I had bought several Volvos from your dealership(Dan the pizza salesman) and this year went to buy another via a "trade". We felt the offer for our car was really unfairly low with no flexibility..... after being a loyal customer for 15 years and at least 4 new cars-it was in perfect low mileage shape so went to Wynns ( a school classmate- now mostly retired) and promptly got a significantly better offer on our "used" car and bought a new Volvo xc 70 from them. I will never refer a fiend to that salesman at Keystone again! Your service department, however, continues to be exemplary. Mr Owens and gang are the greatest. Great experience from start to finish! I'm an "experienced" car buyer and knew exactly what I was looking for - after a less than stellar conversation with an old-school 'typical' car salesman at "experienced" car buyer and knew exactly what I was looking for - after a less than stellar conversation with an old-school 'typical' car salesman at another dealership, I called Keystone and was lucky to get Alan. I asked him if he had any of the vehicles I was looking for in stock. He told me he had a few that I could check out, I said I was on my way. When I arrived about 30 min later I met Alan and a vehicle was ready and waiting for me to drive. He let me take the car by myself (which I really appreciated) and I went for a nice drive, testing different roads to see how it rode and handled. I got back to the dealership and was 99% sure it was what I wanted. Alan let me take another similar but differently equipped version out for a spin so I could see the difference. He was patient, accommodating and just wanted to make sure I was happy with what ever I chose. It was the end of the day, so I left with the agreement that the car I thought I wanted would be on hold. During the week Alan did what he could to get the best price for my trade and a good price on the new car. I was able to do what I needed via email, phone and the online application - which I also appreciated. I went to the dealership Saturday and drove the car, did the paperwork and drove away with my sporty, fast and beautiful XC60 R model...I'm in heaven! It was truly one of (if not ThE) easiest, most stress-free, uncomplicated car purchases I've made. I forgot to mention that I live in another state, and they helped with that too...
