He is a pleasure to talk with, and I try to see him whenever I visit, although typically there, of course, for a service visit. It is David Jurgensen who started what became my strong relationship with Keystone, and when I am ready to buy another car I will want to talk with him. Larry Murphy has been my service advisor (by my preference) for approximately 10-12 years, and I trust him completely. I try not to schedule a service visit unless Larry Murphy is on duty, so great is my confidence in his advice. Displaying deep, detailed knowledge and extremely professional, he is skilled at explaining technical matters to this layman, and I greatly value his judgment in making recommendations regarding service and repairs.
