The service and attention I receive is very important to me and my family. I not only trust Larry implicitly, but I respect his opinion while he also respects my pocketbook. Gives me warnings of upcoming expenses, is honest and trustworthy. Since I haven't bought a car recently, I can only comment on the service department experience - that which is exemplary. From the time we spoke on the telephone to make the appointment until my appointment at the dealership, I was treated with the utmost restpect. From the time I entered the dealership, all of the personel was courteous and professional at all time. I was a little disappointed when the saleman, Younes, told me that the color of the car I wanted they did not have, but he assured me that another color would suit me better and he was absolutely correct. There was never any pressure to buy any car, but he wanted me to be satisfied with my choice. The service I received from the dealership and especially the saleman was superb. I would recommend the dealership to anyone who is interested in reveiwing or purchasing a Volvo. More

The folks in Keystone Motors service department are super customer-centric. I have never gone it there and waited for more than a few moments before someone says, "Hello" and that someone will be right with customer-centric.
