Highly recommend! I live outside of Washington, DC. I was looking for certified pre-owned Volvo with specific options. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the DC I live outside of Washington, DC. I was looking for certified pre-owned Volvo with specific options. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the DC area. I started looking at Volvo dealers all over the east coast with good pre-owned Volvo inventory. I reached out to Keystone, as they had two dealerships and a good selection and competitive prices. It was a Sunday when I reached out to the dealership and Rick Trier promptly contact me via email and said he would connect with me on Monday. On Monday morning, Rick and I discussed what I was looking for and he promptly reviewed his inventory to check on options in my price range. Rick discussed with me a V60 that had just been turned in that had all the features I was looking for. Once detailed and certified, Rick sent numerous photos and I put down a deposit and drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. The V60 (freshly washed with a full tank of gas) and all paperwork were ready when I arrived and Rick spent a substantial amount of time showing me the features of the car and setting up my cell phone Bluetooth. I financed through the dealership and Finance Team was great to work with and made the process seamless. Rick even contacted me once I made it back to DC to check in on how I liking the V60. I truly appreciate Keystone's service and professionalism and making my buying experience a great one! More

Well worth the journey I saw the exact vehicle I was looking for through an internet search and got in touch with Rick Trier with some questions. Rick had photos to me within hours so I called Rick to put a deposit on the car. I made the 2 hour drive to Doylestown and found the car as represented. The few questions I had were addressed by the service department. With the commitment by Rick and Rob Stein to get the car registered in NJ and delivered to my home, we were readily able to agree on a fair price. I've been driving a beautifully equipped 2012 C30 for a few days now and have loved every mile. A great purchase experience and a great car! More

Warranty Cheater This dealership cheats on their warranty by not telling their customer they installed an after-market part instead of a Volvo part. It is horrible cus This dealership cheats on their warranty by not telling their customer they installed an after-market part instead of a Volvo part. It is horrible customer service. Just in the last week, they agreed to repair but with another after-market part. Here is the history: Keystone Volvo repaired struts on the 2002 Volvo S80 car on March 2014 costing $1,127. On July 2014, the strut bolt, which the dealership had failed to tighten during the March service, came out of the transmission resulting in the axle pulling out of the transmission. The front-left wheel fell off and the vehicle fell on the ground as I pulled into a parking lot, damaging the axle. The car was towed to the Keystone Volvo dealership, where they replaced the axle with an after-market part. The damaged part that was replaced was a Volvo part. At no point did the dealer notify me that after-market parts were used. One year after installing the after-market part, the part failed with a torn CV boot. All of the parts previously paid for on the vehicle were Volvo parts and the standard practice for the dealership is to install Volvo parts. It is deceptive practice to not notify the customer what kind of part is being installed, especially when the original part was an OEM Volvo part. In addition, the invoice states "we are the only Volvo dealer with a 4 year warranty on repairs", yet they knowingly installed parts they would not warranty. When I attempted to have it replaced again under warranty for the failed CV boot in July 2015, they refused saying it was an after-market part. Only at this point did I learn that the part installed in July 2014 was after-market. They would not explain why they had installed the after-market part without telling me. After pressure of potential media exposure in the last week, they agreed to repair my car, but only with a surplus after-market axle made by a company that no longer makes axles. It is horrible customer service and do not recommend this dealership to anyone. There is so much GREED for money by this dealership. More

I have driven Lexus & Infiniti in the past and this was my first Volvo car buying so I was very apprehensive but Paul was very friendly and accommodating. He took time to explain every thing and made this car buying experience memorable for me. I think this dealership sets up a role model for car dealerships. More
