I just bought my fourth Volvo at Keystone Volvo of Doylestown. I do not even think of going to another dealership. We bought our first Volvo in 1985 in CT, after owning Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. His brand new Oldsmobile was totalled as his engine was push into his front seat. No one was injured, my 2 year old daughter and wife were ok. The Volvo Wagon needed a new rear hatch door and a bumper,that's all. At the time of the accident, about 8 a.m.,the Volvo salesman and Manager that sold my wife the car, Meriden Volvo, were passing by and saw her car and stopped. They were delivering another vehicle. They took my wife to work, and my daughter to day care, drove the car to a repair shop and assisted the other driver with his vehicle, and called me. This was the feature story in VOLVO magazine in the Fall of 1985. How could we not buy more Volvos? In the summer of 1996 we were relocating from RI to this area, when the heatshield on our 1989 S.Wagon became lose and made an awful racket. We were headed to meet a realtor in the morning when we pulled into Keystone Volvo. The service folks pulled our car in, tightened the heat shield and we were off in about 10 minutes. Mr. McClukey and Ray Edinger wished us well, and told us to come back to visit Keystone after we settled in. I got off track for several years, but Ray gave me a good trade in on my Mercedes for a S-70. He sold my wife a V-70, She still has it. The rest is history, we've been crossing the River from New Jersey ever since. Both adult daughters learned to drive safely with Volvos. Thanks Keystone, Your Staff, Repair Team members, Sales Team and Dealership Leaders. More
It was a great experience! No hard sales tactics, Jim was down to Earth and pleasant. I didn't feel like I was being sold to. I was being educated on Volvo cars and what I might like about them. I didn't have to wait around for help and got to test drive the car shortly after arrival. I had my two kids with me and Jim was great with them. I do feel like I got a great price on the new car as well as my trade-in. The showroom was nice and clean, I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Keystone Volvo and Jim La Mariana! More

Purchased a new car from Joe Craig, he was very easy to work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Rob was helpful and efficient in processi work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Joe always makes a point to come over and say hello anytime I'm in the dealership (for parts, service, dropping off a car, whatever) As far as service, we bring all our cars to Keystone for service. Mike, Pete, and Ben are always helpful and friendly, and give good advice on what needs to be (and what doesn't needs to be) fixed. I can always call with a question and find out whether a problem is something urgent or whether it can wait for a future service. More
