My first contact with Keystone Volvo was by email. I was impressed with the quick response I received from Paul Heiser. I told him the car I was interested in and he gave me a price without asking me to co impressed with the quick response I received from Paul Heiser. I was very happy with the price I received from him so I made an appointment to visit his dealership. The exact car I was looking for was not on his lot but he was able to get the car for me from another dealership. There was no pressure to buy and I was not passed off to another salesperson to close the deal. The financial paperwork was also handled by Paul and was ready when I got there; all I had to do was sign and leave with my new car.
