We went to Keystone after looking at Acura MDX and Audi Q5 SUV's. Jim greeted us right away. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended the VX90 AWD. He showed us all the features of the car including Bluetooth technology, tailgate, third row seating. We test drove it and negotiated and bought that day! What won us over was the suberb customer service from Jim, our sales person and Rob the Finance Manager. There was no pressure to buy that day. We made it known up front the price we were lokoing for, and they respectfully worked with us to get it there. Unlike other dealerships that scoff at an offer, they negotiated, how the experience should be. Other dealerships "hard sell" the warranties. Rob Stein was courteous and respectful. He gave us all of our options and told us the benefits and disadvantages of not purchasing. All in all, it was a very smooth and "painless" experience and I would recommend Keystone Motors for a vehicle, and especially Jim Lamariana. More

Why am I writing this review? Because the service I received on February 8, 2012, was so exceptional! The day before I'd crossed an extremely narrow bridge over our local Delaware River, one I'd b received on February 8, 2012, was so exceptional! This time, however, I clipped the passenger side mirror and broke the plastic "glass". I hate to have anything on my beautiful Volvo that's not perfect, so the very next day (without any appointment) I dropped by the Service Department to have them order the part and make a date to have it replaced. Mike said, "Wait a minute. We might have the part in stock." They did. Mike said it could be easily fixed and that I could wait...probably 15 minutes or so. Within a half hour the car was done! The side mirror was back to being perfect, and I was on my way. And one more exciting thing...the cost was exactly zero dollars! Why? Because our Key$tone Ka$h dollars covered the $62.57 cost! That's just a fraction of the raves I have for the Service Department. Any time I have had service all the employees have been attentive, professional and courteous. More

My first contact with Keystone Volvo was by email. I was impressed with the quick response I received from Paul Heiser. I told him the car I was interested in and he gave me a price without asking me to co impressed with the quick response I received from Paul Heiser. I was very happy with the price I received from him so I made an appointment to visit his dealership. The exact car I was looking for was not on his lot but he was able to get the car for me from another dealership. There was no pressure to buy and I was not passed off to another salesperson to close the deal. The financial paperwork was also handled by Paul and was ready when I got there; all I had to do was sign and leave with my new car. I would definitely recommend Keystone Volvo to anyone interested in buying a car and who does not want to deal with high pressure sales.
