This is my third C-70 purchased from Keystone Volvo and it is based on past positi=ve experience with the service staff, Mike Cluckey in particular and more recently with the purchase of my 2011 C-70 worki it is based on past positi=ve experience with the service staff, Mike Cluckey in particular and more recently with the purchase of my 2011 C-70 working with Craig and Paul. They were responsive to my expectations both in terms of price and model specs. All negotiations were handled over the phone and email. The day I picked up my new car, all terms were as discussed with one exception....the final price was a few dollars less! I was in and out in less than an hour. You won't be disappointed. More
What a great experience. I work in a retail dealership in another industry and I was just so impressed. Great people, not pushy, fair deal, excellent follow-up. They took the time to answer all of my questions. They really made my fiance feel at home. Joe was great... he was fair and I do feel like I got a great, fair deal. What was the best was that I didn't even buy a Volvo. I purchased a used BMW and I felt like I was buying a new car. Joe (the salesmen) called me to follow-up and we received a personal thank you from the General Manager of the dealership. What great people to work with. I will recommend them everytime I can. More
I have a 2006 S40 volvo and have had issues with the air quality (smell) since day one. The service department never said a thing durning the factory warranty and seemed surprise everytime we brought it in quality (smell) since day one. Today it is apparenetly a known issues; per the service manager... So now it is Volvo problem and this dealer can't help!!! Great customer service. Recently a sensor issue happened; they "fixed/replaced" it and the next day it happened again. This is on top of the constant items that need to be addressed every time we get the standard oil change. Another big issue is that everytime we bring it in we get a differnet view point on the warranty we purchased from this location. I would think they would fully understand what they sold and what would be covered. I have 2 Toyota's Camrys (1 with 330K miles and 1 with 35K miles - not 1/10 of the issues and a better ride for less money....) More
After spending almost $2,000 at Keystone for a problem they were not able to fix we took it to an independent mechanic who fixed it for $100. When Keystone cleaned out the throttle they reused an old gask they were not able to fix we took it to an independent mechanic who fixed it for $100. When Keystone cleaned out the throttle they reused an old gasket instead of replacing it. They are good at repalcing expensive modules without actually fixing the car. If I could sue them for the cost of the ineffectual "repairs" I would. More

Keystone excels with its customer service. We've had two Volvo's now and the service quality was a big determinant in our decision to buy the second one. The service staff are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and never pushy; you always feel that they have your best interests at heart. My husband and I were not seriously looking to purchase a vehicle..or not just yet anyway. We were in 'discovery' phase when we were driving by the Doylestown Keystone Volvo and made a last minute decision vehicle..or not just yet anyway. We were in 'discovery' phase when we were driving by the Doylestown Keystone Volvo and made a last minute decision to stop in and test drive a Volvo, a make which we had never previously owned. Long story short, outside of the safety and overall features of both the S60 and the XC60 the team at Keystone Volvo were great. We initially met Craig the Sales Manager who introduced us to Jim LaMariana our Sales Consultant. We test drove both vehicles - with Jim expertly demonstrating the benefits and fun of driving the S60. By the time we left the dealership, I was sold on wanting a Volvo and wanting to work with this team. The whole process was fun, easy and hassle free. Jim didn't push, just gave us the information we needed over a few visits and allowed us the room and time to make our decision. Always cautious, we compared vehicles and prices...and we couldn't do any better than what Jim was offering - making the decision even easier. I'm very pleased with our XC60 and the experience of working with Jim and the Keystone team. I will most definitely consider Doylestown Keystone Volvo again when we're in the market for our next car! Rich was determined to find us exactly the car we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. He always returned our phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner and was extremely friendly to deal with. As in the past, I have found auto service on this vehicle and my previous Volvo's to be excellent, except in one instance of tire rotation when service did not replace all the lugs on one wheel and I had to and my previous Volvo's to be excellent, except in one instance of tire rotation when service did not replace all the lugs on one wheel and I had to bring the vehicle back. Otherwise I have had excellent service from Volvo, most especially in the past from Mike Cluckey. My reason for my Overall Experience Rating of Good, rather than Excellent is, as I have mentioned in the past, your closing of your Route 309 location has inconvenienced me, forcing me to travel further to your Doylestown location, which is quite congested. Accordingly, I do not have all service done by the Doylestown Volvo Dealership, having found a competent and experienced mechanic much closer to where I live. Arthur Birkenstock More
