The one glitch in the buying process was that the car I originally selected had several scratches on it. I have always wanted a Volvo and this year when it came time to replace my vehicle, the XC60 caught my eye. I arranged an initial visit with Richard Wobensmith. When I got to the dealership, Richard was not available and Paul Heiser demoed the XC60 and gave me a test drive. I really liked the car and wanted to get my wifes approval so I scheduled another visit and was hosted by Richard who gave us another test drive and showed us several XC60's in various configurations - he also got the info to offer me a trade on my existing vehicle. I was sold on the XC60. I configured my vehicle on-line and submitted it to Rich who found the exact vehicle I wanted and laid out the price and financing options - which I accepted. I drove away with the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price just 2 weeks after my first contact with Keystone. I would definately recommend Keystone Volvo to anyone looking for a new Volvo. They have an extensive inventory on-site, with courteous and knowledgable salesmen. My buying experience was well informed, fair and enabled me to zero in on the vehicle just right for me. I must say that the Volvo web-site was very helpful in designing my vehicle and identifying the right configuration for me, but you do have to see and drive the car and that's where the dealership experience is most important. My wife and I have already discussed our next auto purchase - another Volvo which we plan to get delivered overseas for the European driving experience. More

Keystone Motors was a pleasure to deal with. They knew their Volvos, had some to test drive, and worked with us to get the model and features we wanted. People smiled, asked to help, were prepared for appointments, just plain old fashioned good customer service. The price was good but not exceptional. However, we compared the Volvo XC60 to BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford and Acura and decided that the Volvo was simply a better car for less money. The dealings with Keystone Motors convinced us this was the right dealer to buy from. Highly recommended. More
