Pete and Ben in the service department always make me feel like family and get my car serviced usually that day and I never have to take day off work which is important. They work with my schedule and needs. Jeffrey and Paul are great sales people which understood what I was looking for and met my needs fiancially. Jeff sold me my first car and Paul just sold me my second Volvo. All of these employees have worked at Keystone for years which is a sign of a stable company that retains their employees. Craig the manager is great too. Really made me feel like a top rated customer. The whole staff at this organization always takes care of my needs, resolve issues promptly and are friendly and courteous which is how customers should be treated and which is the number #1 reason why I did not buy a different brand of car because I did not want to leave this organization and their level of service. The vehicle is in tip-top shape, and even though it was a short-term rental, approx. 18000 miles, it does not look it. Everything is like new, inside and out.
