Kia AutoSport Columbus

I was told by the service dept that my Optima was due for its 30,000 miles check up. The charge? $540.00. I asked what service would be performed and in addition to the regular service they would replace t its 30,000 miles check up. The charge? $540.00. I asked what service would be performed and in addition to the regular service they would replace the transmission fluid and clean fuel injectors. The manual states that this should be done at 60,0000 miles. This service should cost about $100.00. Do not get sucked into the "Tires for life". By the time you pay for the additional changes of rotating 2 set could be bought because THEY decide when you need them. The service dept could not fix my transmission that was shifting incorrectly. I had it there twice without any luck. I took it to another dealership and was fixed in about an hour. I bought my card from Kia Autosports and have move to this dealership for service. More

We have given this Dealership a 5 in all catergories because they truly do deserve the highest of marks. We were greeted very kindly in the parkinglot and were asked if we had any questions. We were not bombarded or pressured, there was no gimmic or crazy sales pitch! We were encouraged to see where our financial rating would allow for us to purchase a vehicle at this time, as we were preparing to make the purchase in a month or two. Not even thinking we could enjoy one now! In finding that there would be a workable purchase for our family needs, not exceeding our comfort zone; we were treated like family and supported through the entire process. Ms. Williams helped to make us feel very empowered in our purchase and so very excited that we brought our sister(who was admiring our new car) back the very next day to purchase her very own Kia. We have been very pleased by the attentiveness and kindness of all of the Kia staff; not to mention Blown Away by finding all that our incredibly priced Forte has provided us in features that we did not even realize were included in our purchase (like Bluetooth, SirusXM, and so many other neat features)!!!
