BAIT AND SWITCH Bait and Switch Marketing is against the law! I found a car at Kia on-line. Called the same day to verify it was still available. Heather tells me th Bait and Switch Marketing is against the law! I found a car at Kia on-line. Called the same day to verify it was still available. Heather tells me the car is available so I made an appointment for the same day to test drive. When I arrived I was told the car sold yesterday but could they help me with something else. I will never do business with one that holds its customer with such disregard. A lie is still a lie no matter who it is or what time of day it is. BAD BAD PRACTICE Kia you just lost a customer! More
