I've been a Soul owner for 8 yrs, racked up lots of memories in the many miles I put on it, so when it died in Pensacola (2hrs from home) I needed a new car and was happy with my old Soul. Donald was all patience, no pressure. He worked with me over a few days while I made arrangements. He answered all questions promptly, called back when promised and didn't hassle me otherwise.
