This was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman LB Young was great, very knowledgeable, never pushy I felt that he really listened to what I was saying. I was introduced the Chris Jenkins, who was also very helpful in the negotiations. I left the dealership and did my own research on the 2013 Soul. I returned the next day with a new game plan. I was contacted by Josh the night before I had a scheduled service appointment to see if I might be interested in trading my 2011 Sorento. Devin took us through the hole process that literally took but a couple hours ( most dealerships that I have been to can last anywhere from 4+ hours). We got a fantastic interest rate from the finance department. Bottom line from the time you walk through the door to the time you drive off the lot in your brand new KIA the customer service is top notch and I highly recommend for their service and sales departments and the bonus of no pressuring into making a purchase deal.
