Was extremely disappointed w/ the service from their Service department, was greeted by Eddie Chavez who seemed bothered with my wife’s presence and kept insisting for her to buy the most expensive pack Service department, was greeted by Eddie Chavez who seemed bothered with my wife’s presence and kept insisting for her to buy the most expensive package. After we repeatedly told him “we were okay, with just a regular oil change and tire rotation. After 4 long hours, our car was returned with a small crack in the front window. Shawn lebs the service director took down our info with an aggressive attitude. Seemed as if we were bothering him. Seems as customer service doesn’t exist in this place of business. Completely awful More

Took my car in for its first 5k service and the service was excellent. Nick, my service advisor was positive, professional and responsive.
