Kia Cerritos was amazing! Claudia was so delightful and knowledgeable. She texted me pictures of the car we were looking for while we were on our way to the dealership and me Claudia was so delightful and knowledgeable. She texted me pictures of the car we were looking for while we were on our way to the dealership and met us when we got there!!! She spent time showing us how to set up the navigation system and connect our phones. She was a Sweetheart!!! Mark was also very nice and helpful. He was ready for us when we went into his office to fill out the paperwork and it went very quickly. We love our Kia Telluride!!! More

Unlike all our previous car-buying experiences, there were no pushy salespeople, no attempts to upsell us on things we didn't want, no arm-twisting t Unlike all our previous car-buying experiences, there were no pushy salespeople, no attempts to upsell us on things we didn't want, no arm-twisting to get extras or use their financing (although we did end up using their financing as they provided a much better rate than our credit union), just friendly, accommodating service from Paula, honoring the online price and getting us through the process more quickly than we've ever known before. We traveled a couple of hours to get there and it was well worth it. Highly recommend. More

I called trying to make an appointment for my sister to get a recall item taken care of. They asked me to leave a message. I did. I did not hear back. I called again. This time I was able to speak with th get a recall item taken care of. They asked me to leave a message. I did. I did not hear back. I called again. This time I was able to speak with the service department. I explained that my sister would have to take off work to go to have the recall item taken care of, so would it be possible to check the availability of the recall part and then schedule the service. They said no, you have to bring in the car, then we will see if we have the part, then you can come back. My sister needs to work, she can not miss 2 days. They said this is the way it is. Really? This is a recall part, you have it in stock or you order it. I have left messages on their site and haven't heard back. This is customer service at its finest. More
