So I set an appointment for a recall that needed to be done in order for me to receive my yearly tags. Nicholas Stonan/8131 was the man to help me in the service department. When my car was ready he called me and urged me that my brakes were absolutely unable to drive and it was metal to metal everything needed to be replace. With me already being there 4 hours also the steep cost 315 I said let me look around and I will just go strait home. So I couldn't get how urgent he was so I called him while driving home and said hey u can just fix it tomorrow what time should I come. I get there the next day and he's in a hurry said I got ur paper work I'll call u in about 2 hours. Perfect! I said. That's quick for breaks and rotors. He said oh no u just need ur break pads replaced. That's all. I was like wow. U told me yesterday that everything was shot and my car wasn't even safe to drive. I couldn't believe he lied to make a sale. Making me fear for me and my children's safety. All so he can get his sales up. So wrong!!!! One more thing he didn't want to see me face to face so he said he called my old number when it was done around 4 witch was 2 hours from when I dropped off the car. However he forgot that I changed my number in the system the day before and called me at 6 to pick up my car when he Already left also made me and my children wait around for 4 hours. I can't tell you guys how messed up this truly is!!! More
