I took my Kia Forte in for the annual service and was expecting the same old experience. But, when I met Victor Chin, he made my experience the best I have ever had. I recently bought a Kia Seltos SX AWD with navigation and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I First went through Kia Riverside to purchase a cheaper more basic model of the Kia seltos but then had a terrible customer I absolutely LOVE it!!! I First went through Kia Riverside to purchase a cheaper more basic model of the Kia seltos but then had a terrible customer Service experience with them. After that I called Kia Cerritos Spoke with Mr. Gearn Burns And told him about my experience how distasteful it was and how I felt I was being taken advantage of. Following that conversation I canceled my purchase with Kia Riverside and drove to Kia Cerritos and upon arrival Mr. Burns was outside ready for me, with the vehicle I wanted ready for test drive and purchase. Mr. Burns was enthusiastic personal and extremely gracious. Mr Burns negotiated a more than fair price with me to fit my budget. As I was signing paperwork for my vehicle my dad started to feel ill . After telling Mr. burns that I was going to have to drive my dad all the way back to corona after buying my vehicle he spoke with a colleague of his and offered for my dad to be driven home. I was so grateful and appreciative for all Mr. burns did for me and my father. He made my car buying experience quick and easy. While my vehicle was being prepared Mr. Burns showed me to the service department and introduced me to Travis who will from here on out be taking care of my Kia. Mr. Burns also explained all the cool bells and whistles on my vehicle and helped me set up a couple things. And even after I purchased my vehicle he checked back in with me to make sure my dad made it home safely and was ok. Mr. Burns also got me a key chain and a pretty bow to put on my car.If your looking to buy any Kia make and model please go through Mr. Burns you will NOT regret it. More
