The Sales process was good, the electrical issue was not Initially based on what I wanted to pay, I was told I didn't have a deal. Overall the sales process was good, but took along time to see the finance guy. His service was great. I fell in love with the Telluride at first sight. Unfortunately the Electrical issues messed it up and to top it off my phone does not work anymore. On the way home the the charging pad/ charging ports were not working, took the car back to the dealer the following Tuesday and that was a headache. They failed to listen to my concerns, they just wanted me in and out which caused me to go twice confirming they fixed the electrical issue. They need to do a better job in communicating and listening to their customers. More

I’m not sure where to begin but I am in disbelief of the service I was given at this dealership. I go in for a new car on Tuesday, I get a deal on the car I wanted everything is great. Mind you this is a br service I was given at this dealership. I go in for a new car on Tuesday, I get a deal on the car I wanted everything is great. Mind you this is a brand new 2020 stinger. I get my car, I drive home within a couple hours of having the car the steering wheel locks on me. I couldn’t get it to turn, nothing. I waited two hours before a tow truck came and assisted me with getting the car back to the dealer. Wednesday, I had to call them and update them on what’s going on, when I should have been called first thing in the morning. I go down to the dealer which they provide me with a rental but no answers, no soothing consults about a brand new car I just bought & the GM Herbie Weston is apparently unavailable to hear my concerns. So then I’m greeted by Barry, who’s a sales manager, and he attempts to provide comfort but fails. Says “oh Herbie’s unavailable but please let me know if you need anything” & proceeds to walk away. Day after I buy the car still no answers. Thursday, Herbie calls me & proceeds to give me insight as to what is wrong with the car. Apparently a new 2020 car has steering gear issues. Proceeds to offer me a xxxx poor incentive of $600 towards my first bill but refuses to offer a new car since my newly bought car is having issues. For a moment I’m okay with it because I just want my car. He tells me it’ll be ready Friday. Friday is here and it’s 3:30pm no calls about the car being ready, no updates nothing. So I go down there and miraculously when I get there and start asking for management again, my car is ready. We get the car drive it around the corner & now it’s making a noise in the steering when you turn left. xxx. At that point I’m demanding to speak to someone because I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this when buying a brand new car!! Hugo Diaz, another manager, then attempts to provide some type of customer service & again xxxx poor. He got an attitude with my bf for asking who owns the dealership and walked away. I then tell him my frustrations and concerns & he proceeds to tell me that they can’t help or assist me with getting a different car because they don’t have any to replace it. How is that even possible. How do you fix your mouth to tell me that? As a business who sold me the xxxx car to begin with, should have did a way better job of trying to mend their broken promises and save the sale. It’s insane how the general manager never wanted to speak face to face with me. Apparently he, “didn’t want to deal with this”. Only good that came out of this was the dissolving of the contract. Hope you don’t buy that car. Go someone where else. Not worth your peace and sanity. More

I love my dealership. I am involved in all services decisions from what I’ve done and all I have left to do. I like doing my major services over time.
