Sascha Bittorf (General Sales Mgr at Kia of Cerritos) was the only one who provided answers to all of my questions. Because the desired configuration was not available on a California car, we decided to buy a 2019 off the lot. Sascha, Shawn James, and Mike (in Finance) all made the experience pleasant and hassle-free. There were no high-pressure sales tactics at any point in the process. And the dealership staff's attention to coronavirus safety was outstanding. Highly recommended. More
