Great service from Jose Valencia in service center I initially dropped in thinking I just needed air in my tires during my first visit. After inspection, Jose and service team found nails in my 2 right I initially dropped in thinking I just needed air in my tires during my first visit. After inspection, Jose and service team found nails in my 2 right tires, alignment needed and he informed me that the steering coupler needs diagnosed which he said is likely covered under the warranty. After my tires got fixed that day I scheduled a follow up appointment to do the diagnostic for the steering wheel coupler and alignment. Jose kindly assisted me with the transaction again and all was fixed plus gave me a discounted for having alignment serviced at this Kia center. I appreciated the thorough checking of my vehicle and kind customer service. More
