Easy and convenient I love that Kia allows your to drop off the car the night before. This allowed me to really not be inconvenienced about not having a vehicle all day. I purchased the extended warranty in 2013 and recently n I purchased my first KIA in 2013 and have had it serviced by the KIA dealerships to this day. I purchased the extended warranty in 2013 and recently needed to use it as the vehicle has just under 100 K miles on it and boy did it pay for itself as well as the dealership covered what was not covered by the extended warranty but under the KIA 10 year 100k warranty without hesitation. Randall recently assisted me and prior to that it was Nick. Highly recommend. More
