Average Service Dept Service department was better than others I've been to. They had a better display of products for your cat should u want them. Usually when you go into a dealership at least one sales person asks you if you have been helped but was surprised when not one person approached me to ask if I was interested in a new one. The old dealership I bought my car from although a small one, always asked if I was interested in a new one. Also was expecting like all of the other service depts, would wash my car as a complimentary bonus. But not here...so off I go to get my car washed. They should have done it after all of the money i spent. More

Recall Saturday I had a recall on my Kia Soul and made my appointment for the first Saturday after receiving my notice. The line was so long when I drove in. Someone from the sevice dept came to my car and got me checked in. Gave me an estimate of a two hour wait. It actually took 1 hour 45 minutes.
