Was having an issue with the android auto app on our new Sorento. Our amazing salesman, Elijah, prioritized us getting it working on our car with our phone. Chris and Elijah made sure our new car experience was the best it could be and prioritized solving the issue. They are kind and professional and an asset to Kia Country. That was EASY I took a test drive of a Niro back in late August with Tim and knew it was just a matter of time before I'd go back and buy. Usually once a dealer get I took a test drive of a Niro back in late August with Tim and knew it was just a matter of time before I'd go back and buy. Usually once a dealer gets your phone number, they bug the crap out of you. NOT at this dealer, which was very appreciated. The next month, I got a few price quotes via TrueCar and within minutes I was contacted by Colby. Told him I had been working with Tim so he arranged a 9 AM appointment for that weekend. Told them I had a fixed commitment and had to be done before 12:15 PM. Had my doubts that they could get me out of there in time, even with a good price quote. We had to do financing and a trade in. In all of my new car purchases, I've always found the finance process t be grueling. Not this time. Tim was ready for me at 9 AM, we took another test drive and went thru the whole trade in and credit process VERY EASILY. I was out the door by 11:45 AM, which I didn't think was going to be possible! This was the easiest purchasing experience I've ever had, when buying a car from the dealer stock! More

Leased my 1st new car. What a horrible experience. This is my 2nd time purchasing from the Kia country team and I most likely won't be back again. What I was hoping to be a good car buying experience turned out to be the most upsetting terrible experience I've had. Let me give credit to Bill my salesman and the sales manager Adam who worked hard getting me what I wanted. But when I went to sign the paperwork after being there for 2 days it felt like everything changed and the finance guy was horrible. He stated how he didn't care 1 way or the other if the sale was made. Why on Earth would you have someone working for a company who doesn't care about the hard work the salesman do to try to make a living. He didnt explain what I was signing and I was so disgusted I no longer wanted to deal with him. In fact, after receiving the new car I purchased from being cleaned and what I thought was suppose to be a full tank of gas. I didn't even get that. Im guessing they ran out of gas cause I got 3/4 of a tank. I don't really care to do business with this dealership but unfortunately it's where I will have to get the car serviced. More
