WASN'T THE NORMAL CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE From the time we set foot on the lot, we where treated like friends or family. Frank didn't try to throw a bunch of BS at my wife and I or use high pr From the time we set foot on the lot, we where treated like friends or family. Frank didn't try to throw a bunch of BS at my wife and I or use high pressure sales tactics. He was honest and when he was unsure, he told us and got us the answers we needed. He made the purchasing process a lot less stressful. We were looking to purchase a Telluride, loved the features and how it drove. The only down side was the lack of inventory due to being a new model. We were at the dealer on a Saturday and planned on being back the next Friday to order a vehicle. Frank called to inform us on Tuesday that they just received a couple Telluride's in that had different features and invited us to come by so we could make an educated purchase. We were able to arrange our schedule and looked at the features of the vehicle that came in. We looked at the SX model, it was a beautiful SUV. More than we were willing to spend, Frank stated that he also had a EX model that came in that met most of our requirements. He was correct, it was everything my wife and I were looking for in a new SUV. We drove it and bought it that night. Thanks to the customer service of Frank we were able to get into our new vehicle 6-8 weeks earlier. Frank made buying process pleasurable not a burden. I would recommend him for your next purchase.
