I agree. Everything offered as compensation for what is a pretty serious matter was satisfactory. I sent several emails to you before my last appointment for the wheel ..rotations balance etc but got no reply for several days . Your operator tried to connect me to you several times by phone. So I showed up for that work hoping they could get me out asap. 2 hrs 5 min later the car was finally ready. If it had been me as Mgr I would have met me on arrival and try to get my car out faster than 2 hrs 5 min. For no other reason than to get me out of the dealerships hair. I have not given up on Kia Country. I consider this matter closed although for a while I will be marking my tires ...oil filter...oil drain plug,with UV markers. I think your crew all the way don't to your lube person are fine. Maybe pressure to hustle and make commission . 2 hrs 5 mins See you on the next oil change. Bob
