The best car buying experience ever! It was a fantastic experience buying my gorgeous 2021 Telluride SX. I had just gotten another Telluride and wasn't satisfied with the color and options. This is the place to go and Chris Fabian is the guy to deal with. My wife and I went to the car lot at 8:30 in the evening so that we could look around without being "bothered" by a salesman. I told him that we were just looking and weren't making any decisions yet and that we would probably come back on Saturday to test drive a car, but we weren't going to make decision then either until drove some other brands. Chris said no problem and asked for my number so that he could confirm a time Saturday that we would be coming in. I reluctantly gave him my number. I received one text from Chris on Friday asking what time I thought that we may be coming in. I told him that I wasn't sure but that I would call first. We arrived Saturday afternoon and were greeted by Chris. I told him that I wanted to drive a Seltos and then I was going down the street to test drive a Toyota to decide which vehicle I liked better. He said no problem and recommended that I test drive the Sorento also. I thought "great, already trying to upsell me". We drove the Seltos and Chris was very informative about the car. It was just too small for my liking. Chris suggested test driving the Sorento. Again, I reluctantly agreed. When I've test driven cars before, I have asked the salesman some questions about features and options on the vehicle and I was told "I'm not sure, I'll have to get back with you on that". Chris went through each feature thoroughly and had the answer to all of my questions. He knows this car inside and out. We got back to the dealership and I told my wife that I was very comfortable with Chris and that I really did like the Sorento that Chris suggested. Needless to say we left that afternoon with a new Kia Sorento. I never went to another car lot or test drove another car. That's how comfortable Chris made us. No high pressure or anything of that sort. I highly recommend Chris and Kia Country of Charleston PS. Chris told us that he worked at Walt Disney World in the past. When my wife heard this she told me, "if he worked at Disney World he has integrity". It's funny some things people key in on. More
