I love KIA and have seen the evolution grow into something incredible. I parted ways with my 2014 KIA Forte Koup (which was amazing for the 7 years I had it) to get into a new/used 2020 Sportage! something incredible. I recommend you ask for him when you are looking for a new/used KIA! He made me feel important, he was exciting, he was genuine from start to finish. He made it happen and didn’t let anything get in the way of me leaving with my new car! The car had a little damage on it and they took care of it at one of their preferred body shops and even they were incredibly nice. Coming from Atlanta, you don’t see that in the car world. I enjoy going to this Savannah KIA for service as well! If I need anything they are there for me and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Brian for making KIA more and more amazing! If I know anyone who is looking for a new car I’ll send them your way! More
Dhaval Shah was an amazing salesman. He was very nice, transparent and answered all the questions we needed. Jordan, the sales manager, came out from his little desk and was nasty since he sat down. There was multiple discrepancies in the price of the car on the sticker vs the price he wrote up on the paper. I asked him if he can correct the prices on the paper and he told me “this is what I’m selling this car for, every dealer had an addendum fee” and couldn’t tell me where the extra 2k came from. I also financed through my own bank and he didn’t like that. He, Jordan the sales manager, said the banks get offended at their prices so they don’t deal with bank financiers. I understand the market is crazy because of Covid but you CANNOT sell a car to someone then get mad when they’re trying to understand why a car went from being worth 20K to being sold for 26K. Just rude and nasty and he said it was “bad business” for him to sell the car for what it’s worth. More

First let me say that we came all the way from SC to visit this dealership. I was extremely happy to see an extremely diverse staff which was a breath of fresh air. I've never seen a sales staff work so visit this dealership. I was extremely happy to see an extremely diverse staff which was a breath of fresh air. I've never seen a sales staff work so quickly or be so accommodating. My nephew is 7 and autistic and was with me and there was plenty of room and safety precautions for him to be comfortable while I shopped. He absolutely loved the TV and courtesy computer. This was a huge help as car buying can be a lengthy task. I came to buy a used Hyundai with over 47k miles and left with a fully loaded 2022 Kia Sportage for only a few more thousand dollars. To say I'm super stoked is an understatement. Kenny and the Sinsuat Brothers are one xxxx of a team and I will be buying from them again in the future as well as sending anyone I know who's looking to buy a car to Kia Country of Savannah! More
