Inviting environment and speedy seevice I scheduled a 9:30 am appointment to have the 30,000 mile service on my 2014 Kia Soul. I arrived 5 mins early and was helped as soon as the customer a I scheduled a 9:30 am appointment to have the 30,000 mile service on my 2014 Kia Soul. I arrived 5 mins early and was helped as soon as the customer ahead of me was helped and escorted to her vehicle. I handed over my keys to the service manager and was walked over to the waiting area where there were refreshments, comfortable chairs, reading material, a TV, and sign with the WiFi password. The service manager came over to me around 10:45 am to let me know that the service on my car was completed and it would be a few more minutes so they could finish washing my car. I was given a printed breakdown of everything that was done to my vehicle when I paid. I was escorted to my vehicle after I paid. Overall it was a great experience. More
