Dropped off car Nov 20 because RES in 2025 Carnival Prestige stopped working and didn't get car back until Dec 31. After being told car was ready for pickup as KIA manufacturing had not responded made Prestige stopped working and didn't get car back until Dec 31. After being told car was ready for pickup as KIA manufacturing had not responded made a few trips to dealership to get car since I would rather have car vs going another month ...instance 1) arrived to get car service couldn't find the keys 2) told car was ready arrived, rear monitor was not even assembled and tools in the car instance 3) monitors replaced went to look to make sure work was done, can tell monitors were not turned on and sync...sales person who was sent to help though I was having issue with camera. Went home with car and setup monitors and system myself. Worst part is the main screen with navigation started going black two days ago and we aren't sure what to do based on the horrible service we received from Delray KIA. More
