Customer service was excellent from the moment I called to have the appointment made the lady that scheduled was very pleasant, then when I got there Cody was my service advisor who was very courteous! I was not impressed by the team leader on both visits there, I don’t know it she was trying to impress me or to show her authority there, but it was very distasteful and disrespectful the way she spoke to her subordinates. If this is her normal behavior management needs to address this matter, as this will create a very hostile environment for employees and not a good face on the front page for your organization. My car was there for 2 days when I returned to pick up, everyone was great that I encountered with, oh! I must mention the drop off driver Mr Cheese he was very accommodating and pleasant. More
I used to have a great service in the past. . I was told the piece would be delivered in 2 days and replaced the same day. Unfortunately this time it took 4 days to replace the driver seat belt . I was told the piece would be delivered in 2 days and replaced the same day. Unfortunately this time it took 4 days to replace the driver seat belt because my car is a Canadian car. I called the dealer in Canada where I leased the car and the Service Manager there was kind enough to help me and sent a e-mail to Kia Delray giving the ok to proceed. And I’m not telling you the number of phone calls I made to Kia Assistance in USA and Canada. It would have been great if the advisor would have returned my calls. Renting a car went well and Kia Delray did pay for the location. I would still recommend them because I’ve had more good experiences than bad ones. More
