I purchased a used Kia Soul from Mike and he assisted with getting me the "We Owe" items and filling up my gas tank with my purchase too. The car had an issue and a manager allowed that to be handled well also. Bob , in the service department, helped me get my repair issue handled and helped me above and beyond since the repair took longer than expected. He was a pleasure to deal with- no hard pressure, just incredibly helpful. We were happy to purchase a car from him. The sales manager, Fred Perlmutter,worked with us to reach a price that we were comfortable with,especially the value we received from our trade in vehicle. Tire change So i called to ask for an appointment for a tire change and the lady on the phone said you can come in you don’t need an appointment will just stay h So i called to ask for an appointment for a tire change and the lady on the phone said you can come in you don’t need an appointment will just stay here so when I get there it was 5 o’clock and the guy tells me how I don’t know if I have time for you if you don’t have an appointment I’ll see what I can do for you which I said the lady told me that I don’t need it and you guys have time he said I don’t know we’ll see I went inside I asked the lady that I spoke on the phone with and she said yes he has time for you so when I went outside and told him he started asking me questions about the vehicle so he sends it in the service area and then after 40 minutes spent in the dealership answering questions about the numbers names addresses and other stuff he tells me that they don’t have that tire in stock which the lady on the phone said that she has it so next time instead of wasting my time and their time it’s better just find out what model tire is so everybody’s happy I don’t have to waste my time I would never recommend that location to anybody it was unfriendly and professional Bad customer service More
