Kia Del Ray, which I've depended on for years (for oil changes, new tires, cabin filters, etc.) had what I thought was a great relationship. I am dropping Kia Delray from my radar. I am hearing a rattlin changes, new tires, cabin filters, etc.) had what I thought was a great relationship. I am dropping Kia Delray from my radar. I am hearing a rattling noise and wanted them to check to see what it might be. I was told that a charge of $219 would be made just to look and "Diagnose". I am still under my warranty of 60,000 miles. This is just bad service to a owner with many year relationship. Maybe they have new ownership.
