Arrived at 8:00 for scheduled appointment for an oil change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. Got various excuses and the person that " change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. Got various excuses and the person that "handles" things like this, pissed me off more than the service rep who was very nice and tried to help. The "help" person was an xxx. I will never bring my car back to this dealership unless it is a warranty issue. Very bad More

The credit for 2 starts is for customer service only. Cody was very nice and was truly trying to help. The oil was change, but none of the fluids were replenish. One of the tiers was low in pressure and was missing a cap. I was told that they will place the cap, but it was not done, mind that there was nothing wrong with tier, it was not punctured. It was pumped with air, but I already pumped air 2 times since I did the service. I have a feeling that they only intend in money, not fixing the problem. You probably laughing, and saying to yourself. Of course we are. More

A Kia dealership should not be adding extra fees to your invoice one called a service fee $17.99 and credit card fee of 3%. In the future I will only use the dealership for warranty work.
