Kia Delray did an excellent job for me for many years. I trusted them exclusively with any work I needed done on my 2016 Kia Soul, and they always did great work at a very fair price. In the last year o I trusted them exclusively with any work I needed done on my 2016 Kia Soul, and they always did great work at a very fair price. In the last year or two though, their service department has gone down the tubes. The last time I was there for some recall related services and a full inspection, they lied to me about doing the inspection and then later emailed me a faked inspection report. I was going out of town soon to have major surgery and I wanted to make sure the car was in good shape and I also knew I would be needing brake service soon. The service advisor Sorren Jackson lied to me and said everything was fine, including the brakes, and couldn't even show me the inspection report. Later that night, he emailed me a forged inspection report that actually said my brake pads were in better shape that at my last inspection there over a year and a half ago. Not only did they have me waiting there for 5 hours while NOT even doing what I went there to have done, but they put me at risk by lying about things that actually needed work and saying they were fine. Not only that, but they are so stupid that they actually caused themselves to lose business because I would have done the brake services with Kia Delray. I have tried repeatedly since then to contact them about how they will make this situation right, but they never responded to me. Kia Delray obviously does not care about their customers or the quality of their work anymore. ALSO, if my brakes end up needing extra work because more time went by and the rotors happen to get damaged, I will be going after them to pay the difference. Kia Delray, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I trusted you guys for years, and you screwed me. More
