Good Job by all involved in this sale D J did a great job as sales rep. There was no preasure at any time and that is a good thing as it would have without a doubt pushed me to a diffrent dealers loca as sales rep. Three days ago I decided to take a stop by Delray Kia to check out their latest offerings. I had seen a few ads about the new Optima during the superbowl and the car is attractive in both aesthetics and pr check out their latest offerings. I had seen a few ads about the new Optima during the superbowl and the car is attractive in both aesthetics and price. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted emphatically by Mr. Fails, right off the bat I knew I wasn't going to feel pressured about my visit. Mr. Fails was more than happy to show me the Optima and a few of their other offerings (Soul). His knowledge about the vehicle, and genuine belief in Kia's products and warranty were extremely reassuring. I was surprised about Kias warranty and safety. Although I did not purchase the vehicle that day, when I do decided to purchase a vehicle in the future I can safely say I would be more than happy to work with Joe. What a clean and friendly dealership, and an exceptional staff. I recommend stopping by Delray Kia to anyone looking for a safe affordable vehicle in today's economy. More

I had no real intention of purchasing a car when I looked at the KIA Soul, on Wednesday, February 16th of this year. My boss and his wife (who are also close friends) were with me, and the objective was jus at the KIA Soul, on Wednesday, February 16th of this year. My boss and his wife (who are also close friends) were with me, and the objective was just to see if I was comfortable getting in and out of the car as well as driving it. I am disabled, and have a difficult time. We met Mr. Fails at the door, and he was very accommodating and helpful. We test drove the car and all agreed to 'go for it'. Your salesman (Mr. Fails) and your finance department were so helpful in making a very affordable arrangement for me. I never thought it could happen that I could get a brand new car! The Soul, itself is (as my boss' wife puts it) really funky and fun to ride in. It has every possible amenity I was looking for, especially a handle above the driver's side door for me to use getting in and out. The programs (warranties and services) offered are awesome, and the overall experience had me 'driving' on air all week. Prior to this past Wednesday, I had a 1998 Plymough Neon. It was so low to the ground and i was so brutal trying to get in and out of the car that I leterally dreaded the thought of going to work and fighting that prospect each day. Now...it is a pure pleasure getting into, driving and getting out of this car. I would most definitely send people to Delray KIA, for the quality, the benefits, the prices and mostly for the exceptional service. Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the experience. At the end of a frustrating day visiting other dealers in the W. Palm area, we arrived at Delary Kia. Carlos greeted us as soon as we arrived, and he listened to us (my wife, Susan and myself) as we describ the W. Palm area, we arrived at Delary Kia. Carlos greeted us as soon as we arrived, and he listened to us (my wife, Susan and myself) as we described what we were looking for .. very low-mileage used SUV with modest towing capacity (we have a pop-up camper) withing our price range. He showed us exactly the types of vehicles that we requested, plus a couple of other close matches with special deals. He did not try to show us something that we were not interested in buying just to gauge our interest. After looking at several choices, we test drove a new (2009) Borrego, and we really liked it. In very short order, we arrived at a great deal with Carlos and his Delray Kia team. There was no undue haggling, up-selling, etc; just a pleasant, straightforward sale. It was then off to finance/contracts for all of the paperwork. They actually found a finance rate ... with my own lender ... that was better than the pre-approved rate that I had received prior to arriving at the dealer. Everything was explained to my satisfaction, and the paperwork was a breeze. Again, no up-selling or unwanted options. I bought my first car (a used Econoline van when I was 18) more than 30 years ago, and I have been buying new cars since then. I can say without reservation that this was the best, most enjoyable buying experience ever. I would recommend Carlos and Delray Kia to anyone. (Also, I love our new Borrego.) More

I had shopped at 2 other dealers, 1 in West Palm and the other in Pompano and just could not get a straight answer So when I meet Dave and Gregg at Delray Kia I got a great price and a great 2011 Sorren other in Pompano and just could not get a straight answer So when I meet Dave and Gregg at Delray Kia I got a great price and a great 2011 Sorrento in no time at all. They told me what ever I asked of them while I was on the phone and they told me they had 12 Sorrentos and the truth is they probably had 20 or 22. Next I talked to Evan in the finance office who congradulated me on my good credit and they actually were lower than my Credit Union. The show room looks brand new and they have TVs and free coffe along with free loaner cars and....Ready for this.... they wash a service customers car evry time they bring it in...I thought taht was a thing form the past and now I have a low payment and a Clean car Thanks again to everyone at the fantastic Delray Kia More
