worst experience i have ever had. i purposely purchased an electric Kia from the Key West dealership knowing that they have a service center. i received notice that there was a safety i purposely purchased an electric Kia from the Key West dealership knowing that they have a service center. i received notice that there was a safety recall & found out that the nearest service center that would perform the recall service was a 6 hour drive. i coordinated with Soren Jackson in the service center & was guaranteed that the service would take 2-3 days & planned travel & (expensive) accommodations, the service ended up taking 6 weeks. i was loaned a car in order to return home while the service took place. i spoke with Soren Jackson several times about my concerns that the car would be fully charged when i picked it up & in reality i was given my car back with 34 miles available to drive then told that i could wait 8 hours while they charged it for me. i took my car & found a pay station to charge at. my mileage allowance has been decreased by 75 miles since the service. overall this service deserves a zero star rating. i have owned/driven Kia cars for 10+ years & after this experience i will never buy another car from Kia. More
