- I had two printed coupons and another on dealer’s own web site for oil change, one indicating the inclusion of cabin air filter, the second for including tire rotation either one was $99. I confirmed that multiple times when I booked the appointment as well as when I came in. Even with the taxes, my service was not supposed to cost almost $160. On top of that, I was informed that it’s Critical to get Wheels Alignment. There’s a big difference between‘Manufacturer Recommendation’ to a Critical notification your service manager suggests. More
