It took 2 hours and 50 minutes from my appt time of 10:20, to have the oil changed, tires rotated, engine flush, and 21 point inspection. I was contacted by my Service Advisor Cody, by text and told I 10:20, to have the oil changed, tires rotated, engine flush, and 21 point inspection. I was contacted by my Service Advisor Cody, by text and told I could communicate via this text. I did and asked to add wipers front and rear to my service order. However, upon check out the service advisor had not read my text. I declined to wait more time to have the wipers changed. More
