Have been a Custer for 10 years, happy one for 9. Service has gone down hill. I brought my car for an oil change and it took most of the day. The next day my check engine and oil light came on. They Service has gone down hill. I brought my car for an oil change and it took most of the day. The next day my check engine and oil light came on. They installed my filter incorrectly- not even sure how that is possible. I brought it back the next afternoon and was told they couldn’t get to it that day, I picked up the next day. 3 days for an oil change. My opinion is the new ownership got rid of veteran employees to save money. Prior visits I had some issues that I thought were a fluke but they continued- broke off my antenna which the said no one broke it, then I found it in the passenger door! Lol. Look back at the last few months for how many 1 & 2 star reviews before going to Kia Delray. More
