This is the best car dealership I’ve ever been to and I’ve purchased about 10 cars during my lifetime. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve purchased about 10 cars during my lifetime. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! More

We have leased Telluride's from this dealership beginning with the 2020 model year. Because of our low mileage (7000 per year) and excellent maintenance management traded us up after a year to the 2021 model with the 2020 model year. Because of our low mileage (7000 per year) and excellent maintenance management traded us up after a year to the 2021 model and then again 2 years later to the 2023 model-all leases. This time we decided to buy. We met with the sales person who had one that we wanted...Telluride 2025 SX AWD. They bought out our 2023 lease for $36000 (19000 miles)-a big money maker for them on resale. They offered us a $2500 discount on the 2025...we asked for maintenance and carwashes to be included. We were paying cash...credit cards would have a 3% charge..Then we opened our mail to see a letter form General Manager Evanecki for a $2671 discount. When we came back in to get the car we were told they would not honor the Manager's letter, they no longer gave carwashes unless you were in for service, and included maintenance was only what the sales person would be willing to pay for. Then when we went to pay they told us we had to have cashiers' checks (this was never mentioned before) and anything on a credit card would be charged 3%. The sales rep drove us around to our banks so we could get a cashiers' check and the Finance guy allowed us to write a regular check for the balance. Driving home I finally noticed that the gas tank was not full as had been promised...it had been a terrible and frustrating 4 hours and I didn't feel like going back. I think we were abused and taken advantage of and were given no consideration for having been a loyal customer for many years. Stay away from this place-it is a shambles. The sales reps stand around the showroom or sit at round tables like vultures waiting to pounce on whoever walks in. They do not have desks in a glass enclosed area like other auto showrooms. They also eat snacks at these tables which is where you sit to discuss the deal-all is open with no privacy. They have a picture of the new dealership building that will be built sometime in the future...no one really seems to know when. I went here because this is the closest KIA to where we live-and we love the Telluride...but go to another dealership... More
My oil change and recall fix went well. However, a simple issue could not be “recreated” despite it being easily shown to the woman who checked me in when I dropped the car as well as a man However, a simple issue could not be “recreated” despite it being easily shown to the woman who checked me in when I dropped the car as well as a man who helped me at the end of the day when I picked up the car. This makes me believe they didn’t even attempt to look at it. Additionally I was upset that my seat was not only moved back (yes I’m short) but that they also adjusted the mirrors, seat height and steering wheel height. When I put my comments in a text I received from the dealership and didn’t get a response and then followed up again, they asked me to wait to hear from a lane manager and service director. That was 15 days ago. Clearly they don’t care about the customer. More
The car was brought in for its first service. I told them on my dashboard. There was a flap warning when I brought it in they said they checked it. This is nine months ago and everything is fine. I told them on my dashboard. There was a flap warning when I brought it in they said they checked it. This is nine months ago and everything is fine. The flap warning continued to come up. I brought it in for a check up last week. I told them the flap warning continues to come up. I told them while I'm driving. It feels like the car is stalling. I have to keep hitting the gas pedal. It goes from 10 miles to 30 miles from 30 to 40 back to 10 this is certainly not a safe way to drive When I brought the car in I explained it to them. I picked the car up. They said everything was fine. They found nothing wrong the following evening. My son looks at my dashboard and there is a red little red pot outline. He said this looks like an engine part bring it back again. I brought it back the following morning. Cody looked at it and said that's an engine. I said it's been there for a while but every time I bring the car in, I'm told everything is fine. I knew I was coming, so I was in no hurry. Well now they found out that the pop up on the dashboard about an active flap and the engine related. The car is two years old with less than 10,000 miles and installing that I was having which is so dangerous to drive with should never come back again they will all related. My question to you, how many men were in my car, looked at the dashboard and couldn't figure out what was going on on the first checkup and the second checkup which consisted of four visits. You want my response shorter my car was not returned to me and safe conditions on t More
