June 6th, 2025; I was there for a factory recall issue that I first went there for them to address in August 2024. They wasted 4 hours of my time before letting me know they did not have the parts. After waiting 2 weeks, my expectation was that they were ready. I lost $800 that day by not being able to take care of my clients. June 6th, 2025: I was there for the same factory recall again, and a regular maint. appointment. They kept attempting to upsell me, and were charging me for items that they had never charged me for previously. They also had instituted a 3% fee for paying with a credit card. They never did before. [I purchased this vehicle from this dealership in Feb./March of 2020]. They noted there was an "oil light" on, and said it would most likely be corrected by the regular maint. oil change. My reply was, "just make sure it's ok". When I reviewed the after action work order, it stated that, "I had refused having them look into the oil light issue." NOT TRUE! I will be filing a complaint with Kia USA and i will never bring my car back there again. More
