Even I called 2 weeks ahead when I went there to drop my car off they did not have the parts not only that when they did get the parts and my car was ready they never called me so I was without a car for 2 car off they did not have the parts not only that when they did get the parts and my car was ready they never called me so I was without a car for 2 days and then I found out only one of the parts was there and it took another two days to get the other part unbelievable More

A Kia dealership should not be adding extra fees to your invoice one called a service fee $17.99 and credit card fee of 3%. In the future I will only use the dealership for warranty work.
