Car broke down 1 hour after service. Had to convince them to do diagnostic for free (even tho I just paid $700). Quoted me 1 week to fix- was without a car for more than a month. I do not have a Kia (nor would I ever), do not live in LA (or even on the same coast) where this dealership is located. They will now not stop emailing me invoices, surveys, etc. even after I have contacted (or even on the same coast) where this dealership is located. They will now not stop emailing me invoices, surveys, etc. even after I have contacted them to inform them that they have the wrong email address. Please leave me alone, I’m not sure who gave you a fake email address but it was probably so they didn’t receive all this crap in their inbox but now it is coming to mine. SMH. More
