The service center is extremely busy. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled service appointment and waited 30 minutes to get checked in. The minor work requested (tire rotation and alignment, software recall) was projected to take 3 hours but took 7 hours. I was not updated in a timely way and ended up sitting in the noisy waiting room for 4 hours. More
I went there for a recall. They kept my car all day. When i finally got it back emilio helping me assured me everything was good. When i picked it up I assumed it was done. As i was driving away one of the guys that worked on my car came out to say he wasn't able to do the recall because the part was back ordered. I was kind of surprised because i was just told everything was done, so i called and emelio said “I can give you 100% guarantee that everything was done” that i should take his word for it, but how could i when i did take his word for it the first time. This was on a weekend closing time. So i went home and it bothered me all weekend, so i called Monday i spoke to a supervisor that looked into it and it took his some long time to figure out that it was in-fact not done! I had schedule for ANOTHER weekend to redo what was not done. I wasted 2 hours there. I was very dissatisfied. I bring my car to a kia dealer because “they are the professionals” but after this chaos i’m not sure how i feel about it anymore. The service isn’t cheap and if you bring a car and expect things to be done and they are not…. More
