I had the worst experience i have ever had deal in with a service department. I would never recommend anyone to go here. My service advisor was Jose Duran and he does not communicate with the client. Poor customer service!!! Your people need to be trained on how to provide customer service!!! I pulled up in the service driveway and waited 30 minutes to talk to someone. The young girl behind the counter practically ignored me while we were talking and started talking to someone else!!! So I just walked away before I made a scene. I guess after I told her I didn’t have an appointment she wasn’t interested in anything else I had to say. I could have made an appointment or conversed about other options but her rude manners I didn’t appreciate. The day is 9/26/2018 the time spent was from 4:40 PM until 5:15 PM. Talking about herding people like cattle...they got that mess right!!! More
