helpful and overcame a lug lock deficiency. need to find a substitute so that a tire can be changed without it. jeff Morataya was very help and kept me informed as i waited. dont recall th need to find a substitute so that a tire can be changed without it. jeff Morataya was very help and kept me informed as i waited. dont recall the marketing guy but he was helpful. reason i don't give you 5star is because parts did not follow up as they said they would and because the service message left for jonathan z as followup was not called. phone calls not returned when messages left on when they would or if they could get the tire that needed replacement. asked to be advised about installation costs and no follow up from parts. had to get sales (forgot whom I talked to) and they prodded service which was then was quite good. dont recall working with any people listed. phone system is lousy since i called 3 times and couldn't get answer let alone response to messages left. The waiting area is dumpy and crowded. service dept itself is courteous and am changing from Car Pros in glendale regards. More

Kia has nice cars as long as they are not malfunctioning, but after having to go back and forth for recalls, missed service issues after repairs, and poor communication causing meaningless hours waiting at t but after having to go back and forth for recalls, missed service issues after repairs, and poor communication causing meaningless hours waiting at the location, I am selling my Kia so I don't have to deal with Kias anymore. My car was there for warranty service because the high-pressure fuel pump failed. They parked it under the trees, and when I came back, the car was covered in dirt and sticky tree resin. At least Kia DTLA provided me with a loaner vehicle. More
